Sounds like a strong build up. Is the car gutted? Cutting down on weight and lots of practice at the track will always help.

I agree, suspension seems to be about all you have left, unless you're planning on another build up, then i would say some 12:1 pistons and some stage 2 cams and upgraded valvetrain. Suspension next though.

I recommend some mount inserts such as energy suspension inserts. I also recommend aftermarket struts.

I personally run 13.8s in my 95 integra rs (100 lbs lighter then an ls.) n/a on street tires w/ a JDM b18cR & some bolt ons.

I run stock struts, stock axles (weak point), nuespeed springs & nothing else that special. (street tires at 18 psi)

My track results:
1st 2 runs were 13.9s last run was:

Then on the way home my passenger side axle finished its self off :-/

Have you posted any ets yet w/ your setup ?
If so what are they ?
Btw, is your goal to run 13s flat or just be in the 13s ?
An integra ls w/ a driver would be around 2750 lbs.
200 whp would produce a 13.9
205 whp would produce a 13.8
