Is Hondata only for forced induction cars? I have heard of Hondata, and dont know anything about it except that everyone wants to get it, because "its the best". What exactly is it, and what does it do for a all motor daily driver/weekend racer? I want to learn about this product just as qitstrn does.

Sorry but Hondata is better for the shops like secret services then the owner like you. You can't adjust it yourself $$$ Takes longer.. more dyno time $$$ Every option and upgrade is extra $$$ You know what hondata is the best ems... For People Who Charge Money To Tune Them!

not like you can tune well at home with your own X brand EMS zexy integra, your just gonna have to take it to a dyno shop to get next to perfect results, and chances are its going to cost MORE than hondata to buy, lots more to install, and each tune is going to cost more than hondata because John isnt as familar with them as he is hondata!

because zexyintegra is a smart person he's not going to go to secret services! there are other dyno's out their. people that have been tuning imports and domestics like twin turbo ferrari's, and turbo corvette's, porche's etc..... plus this place is cheaper and the guys running the place have had years and years of experiance. if you wan't to know this place pm me and we'll talk. I'm not trying to say that secret services can't tune a car with hondata but it will cost you, and when i was their and asked a few questions about fuel management they treated me like shit . i'm definetly not a fast and the ferious geek that doesn't know about cars i am very well educated on many things in the automotive world especialy hondas. i believe they call themselves secret services because there good service must be secret cause i could find it when i was there. secret services

Sorry you had a bad experience there, but the fact is that SS makes more power than anyone else in the state on similar setups.. It seems that whenever someone from elsewhere brings their car to SS they always make gains of some kind. Even if the car was built by L33t tun3rz Like Titan, or Toyosport, or some other wanna be stuck up shop in Florida...

this is not a discussion about the quality of tuning at SS, it is about Hondata, and zexy integra, you can tune hondata on your own, if you buy the accessories that let you do so... but who wants to tune without a dyno and ACCURATE a/f metering?
if you are concerned about having to do re-tunes, then i suggest you get it all together before you tune... is it really that important to know that your new ground wires got you another 1.2 hp?
