just an update from me since this thread wont go away lol.

Mileage is getting worse, I've had an SES light come on 4 times with a lean code, and my drivers side floorboard is getting really hot like the cat is on the way out.

I have no idea if this is ethanol related, but it may be,

Station on 19 and Jasmine in NPR is ethanol free, I'm going there next tank and every tank after.

i know right. I thought this thread was done...

anywho, it might be ethanol related. you might have gotten a tank full of watery ethanol crap. Ethanol is quickly showing which gas stations take care of their tanks and which ones don't. The ones that just keep doing the same old same old are getting a considerable amount of water mixed with the fuel. Didn't used to be a problem. Since ethanol absorbs the water, now it is getting pumped into your gs tank. I have no doubt that the added water would be tweaking with your ratios. and I know that the added water will wreck a converter.

it was a pretty sketchy place, maybe they are closing down...

although, it should be about time for their remodel.

the old tanks can't handle the ethanol. word has it, it cut anywhere from 1 to 4 years off of the old tanks life. A lot of stations have had to remodel and update years before they thought they were going to have to...
