I just out a new motor in my car and replaced the IACV it's brand new tried 2 new ones and my old one it goes from 1000 to 2000 rpms drives me crazy had 2 people look at it and they said they don't know what it could be can someone help please.

 

Someone out there has to know what it could be.

 

could be the tps sensor.

 

I would have to guess that you're talking about a honda.... in which case, don't you think the honda tech section would be a better place to ask this?
