What is your point? Everyone knows stores can't touch prices on tirerack.
Perhaps you are not understanding how business processes are different for each store. Some stores may have a policy where they cannot touch a tire if it is "X cm" close to the sidewall, and other shops may have a differeent measurement.

And I was going to plug it myself, but honestly I dont trust those plugs as much as the patch that can be installed at shops.

yea i feel ya about the plugs but iv used them forever with many diff tires and never had any issue (for whatever that is worth)

I'll be sure to write a bad review about my shitty experience at Sumatra if any of the servers there tries to sell me on a drink, appetizer, dessert, or anything else that I don't think I need, and you damn well better believe I'm going to leave without paying if my server wants me to pay a few bucks for service. Then I'm going to praise McDonalds where I can get shit for much cheaper, and they won't charge me for service. Clearly, they are the superior restaurant.
