of course you can't change your own tire at home...i believe everyone is saying that you should have put your own spare on....since you told them to put the spare on, you are requesting their services, which you need to pay for...you wasted their time and acted like a bitch about it...you should have paid and then you would know better to ask for services and expect them for free

I cannot honestly say I have not had a bad experience with Firestone at all. Goodyear is a diifferent story especially the one on Sheldon and Waters. Biggest POS shop I been to.

 

I woulda at least given the tech that put my spare on a few dollar tip

In all honesty 16 bucks for them to put on a spare is a rip off. I could understand 5 bucks or so, but 16 bucks just to put on a spare???

Which one? It took 4 guys to come to the car and figure out how to remove the spare, thats when I helped.



And I think its only fair that they should of put the spare on with no problem, considering they couldnt take care of the problem, and wanted to sell me an un-needed performance tire.


You guys are just being assholes, you all know $16 is alot for nothing, and $150 is alot for one 225/50/R16 tire that my car doesnt require.


Sorry for trying to give you pussys a heads up on there shady dealings there.
