i managed to do a 4-3 at a trackday a few years ago, on of course what would have been my best run of the day. at the time, i had an s-afc, and i hit like 8599rshared_pm or something...which is normal for some cars, but not a turbo ka24de lol. car still ran many passes after that w/o any ill effects. i got it on vid too lol

worst one i ever did was accidental downshift in my s2000. Top of 3rd (9000 rpm), to 2nd... had to be 11k + . Never had an issue

^ I did 5th to 2nd instead of 5th to 4th at about 60mph, broke both my torque mounts but the engine was fine

oh i forgot about the time i fragged my motor on the dyno when JUN USA mistakenly told me their stage 3 cams were ok to use with Integra Type R valve springs. The dyno said something went horribly awry at 9700 r_shared_pm

i never had a fuck up on downshift. its gotta feel nice, lol.
