Peace out s2k!
Us fat Americans want our big ol' cars n trucks equally so. Wanting big vehicles goes against the federal mandates forcing better mileage and less emissions; so we're stuck until we understand how great we have it compared to cramped ass Europe.
Anyways, reports on the C7 have it shedding even more weight, being smaller, but unfortunately, probably not even having 5.7 liters. While I doubt there will ever be something GM makes that will come close to comparing to the C6 ZO6 and definitely the ZR-1, we cant complain about having lighter cars. Reducing weight on a car does more for a car's performance than anything else does.

As far as potential, yes. imho, not too many of them look as good. Miata is the first one that comes to mind, but I just don't like the looks. Again, this is just my opinion, unless you show me a small, light weight (relatively speaking, let's say 2800 lbs or less) roadster that is as fun to drive and looks good.
