They acknowledged that their welds sucked. Thats it. Not the crappy mounts, the tuning i had to do, the clutch that was never installed, etc

They acknowledged what was comfortable. Not what made them accountable. They only offered to repair exhaust. But, second chances with that amount of money is tough.

 

What about the money they discounted off the price when they realized that they didn't have the fadenza in there????

 

I have the cleanest S13 around, period.

 

Sorry to see what you gt for all your money man. They really don't have any solid reason for the crappy work. If nothing else and they tried to get the swap done on the cheap the places they cut corners weren't big money ones. (what does it take to cut and rewire that harness by the trans, or clean up the exhaust and put a good weld on it) Also my girl friend could weld better then that without question. (not kidding even a little bit) I know someone at xat can weld as i've seen a few things that came from there and they didn't look anything like what you showed us.

As for you paying for things that aren't on the car. They need to reimburse you or explain to the judge why you didn't get something you paid for.

I will say this though, having ties with a local shop I know how quick people are to get on the net and start trash talking when they don't know the whole story. It's easy to get people all riled up when alot of the time you aren't even in the wrong. Some things are understandable but so far in this thread it's hard to misread unless you guys at xat deny doing some of the work that he has pictured.
