No, but I've had both my cars worked on by them and never had a problem. I was at the shop over the weekend and I asked a question. Since I am friends with them from my times being there over the last few years, they told me.

As said before, there is another side of the story, but since they admitted they made a mistake, and offered to fix it, the only thing that can come from posting on TR about it is for them to sound like they are defending their work, and in this case they admit to the mistakes, so there is no point. It would just turn into a big argument.
