push clutch, put into first, depending how fast you are taking off will depend at what rpm you shift at.

And that stinky 2v 4.6 is still together?

You must have a built motor with forged innys and cams...

And eventually in a manual car, you will be able to shift without watching the tach and should be able to memorize the sound of the engine itself to shit, making a manual a pretty easy task once you get it down.

rev the car to 7000 rpms with your foot on the clutch and it in first gear then take your foot off the clutch

actually everyone else didn't care what car you were driving, they were trying to help you.but he pointed out something I hadn't noticed.you did drive an imaginary car because they're is no such thing as a ex hatch.

there is:
1)ex coupe
2)dx hatch(no pw,pm,pl/ps)
3)cx hatch (power everything)

the only thing that was hard for me learning manual was the clutch engagement point. since i learned on too many different cars. i think thats what you were referring too..maybe not.
