Sport bike's are a more adrenaline rush then a car. Those who street race and get caught, 99% of them continue doing the same old thing and street race some more.
I have since gotten my endorsement and passed the MSA course. I believe I am still alive today because of the MSA.

This thread is funny because its almost like an import vs domestic thread. Instead passenger vehicles vs motorcyclist.
Have you ever notice how a lot of people after a biker gets infront of them they stay back but when a biker is behind you they ride your bumper?

p.s. usually when biker splitting stopped cars its not at a very fast speed. and when you all geared up you bounce right back up when you hit the ground. not to mention i have a helmet and all kinds of protective gear on. if my helmet can handle the pavement at 100mph then a baseball bat is no problem. please dear god let me get a hold of you opening your door in front of a biker. your ass whooping will be bloody and epic.

I have been maced before with a can of mace by a friend who was just playing.I didnt get the full shot,but the mist.
I can tell you my eyes and sinuses would have not been right for me to be able to chase someone.
It is NOT illegal to carry mace,now knives or what not have thier own laws.
I feel if someone just ran me off the road just assulted me.

Do you open your door and smack a car next to you if they get to close to your side of the lane? Or if they cut you off? I never said you should treat a bike "special". Just be aware they are on the road. I've had the same point of view about bikes and cars since I first got my driver's license in 1996. It's not a matter of I favor bikes. It's the fact of respecting someone's well being. Which no matter if they disrespected you, called you a name, or hurt your poor little pride. It's someone's life. If you don't respect life, you aren't shit in my book.

No i dont open my door to smack other cars if they are a little in my lane. What i do do depending on what care im driving, my rx7 or my sentra.if im in my sentra ill stay right where im at hopeing they run in to the side of me so i can sue there ass. If im in the rx7 i blow my horn and try to avoid being hit. The sentra i hope they hit me.
