Only way a judge will give a warrant for a search on a car pulled over for a minor traffic infraction is only if previously convicted on felony level. 9 times out of 10

 

why does almost every1 have an automatic "yes" to any questions cop ask? they're regular people trained to intimidate, so they can catch u on bullshit charges... dont be afraid of a cop, talk to them like if they were your uncle, it will piss them off, and they cant do anything about it. DO NOT be afraid to ask them ANYTHING....

I always ask a cop why they pulled me over before they ask me I love their face when I do that.

If he pulled you over for a taillight he wouldn't have wasted the time to get a warrant to search your car, but maybe because you were in the ghetto.

Cops never ask to search my car, because I'm such a nice guy to them.

Then I give them the finger and peel off

 

I agree... But I wouldnt say talk to them like you would your uncle. Remember anything you say can/will be used against you in court, I made that mistake.

 

be smart about what you say, dont just blabber out random things that can get you in trouble.... but dont be afraid to talk to them like if they're hitler...

Like last night, all those people that hate on the cops were all nut swinging the officer that was giving the guy a ticket for no light on his tag on the bike.
