Was reading that the new Z06 waxed the new Viper pretty bad....still awesome rides though

I just saw that black one on sunday and I see the other one all the time, in fact I saw the red one broken down in front of wal-mart being loaded onto a flat bad a month or so back maybe more lol silly vipers

Do you REALLY HONESTLY think a corvette with approx 420RWTQ and weights 200 lbs less will "WAX" a GenIII STOCK viper with nearly 480+ RWTQ?

Since it's debut, the magazines will SLAM anything that goes up against the vette. REmember , these writers are 3x our age and grew up with vettes and it runs in their veins..

Remember also , ppl quite regularly ride STOCK GENII's at 118 to 121mph at 11.6 to 12.0.

I also hear the new vette will do nearly 130mph and now its supposed to run 10's....

Don't be so gullable.. :rofl:

Yup, just had a guy on Viperclub.org , bone stock GenIII run 11.9 at 123.xxx with a 2' short time. With a 1.6x I'm sure his time will be 11.5x at 124 or so.. Now those are REAL WORLD NUMBERS
