Want to talk about cheap.
My 91 Galant cost 2k dollars.
It has more room than a Spec V.
Its nicer, full leather interior
Has a way better motor and drivetrain.
And will walk any one of those Spec V`s at half throttle for alot less money.

Here's how much Spec V costs - 16k fully loaded(no brembos though), if you pay more you are a chump. There is a $2000 factory rebate.
You will NEVER take home new srt4 for less then 21k.
I'd also say that then more 280hp on a light fwd is a waste.

No one will debate that the srt-4 cost more. But you are getting so much more for your money. Even after you spend the money on a turbo kit for the nissan you still have a car that cost about the same as a srt.
And yet it still doesnt stack up to it.
The srt comes with a motor that can handle WAY more power than the nissan.
This post started as comparing it to a mitsu ralliart though.
I wouldnt buy any of them. FWD is a waste as far as I am concerned.

FWD is not a waste, for someone that wants cheap performance and is excelent begginer platform.
I drove alot of cars, few were as fun as a spec imo, it's light, tossable and got a ballzy right-now! responces thx to short 6 gears, max torque at 3000rpm and drive-by-wire throttle. it feels alot faster then actually is.

Both of those cars are about as exciting as a mid-80's K-car. One could do much better with $20k by spending it on a 2-3 year old used car that doesn't look like a tarted up rental car.

For that exact reason i think a fwd is a waste.
I dont know a whole lot about the SRT but i was under the impresion that it handled extremely well.
I would still rather have the car that already comes with a fully forged motor. Than with one that will blow when you try to make any real HP with it.
