Default Blip that throttle!!!

So since this is an automotive performance oriented site, I assume that most everyone here drives or has driven a manual transmission. So say you are coming to a stoplight on your way home from work/school/whorehouse, do you....

1) pop it into neutral and brake to a stop.
2) downshift by rev-matching every gear, then brake to a stop.
or
3) engine brake/downshift without rev-matching.

Me? I try to rev-match when I can, but a lot of times Im too lazy so I just brake and row down through the gears with the clutch in. I never just pop it in neutral, though. Im the only person I know that rev-matches when Im coming to a stop, and my friends think Im wierd for doing it. But I know some of you TR hoes do it too.

PS vote on my long throbbing poll.

I rev match. No sense in eating up the clutch for no reason. The Harley specifically hates shifts without rev matching, plus, it just sounds cool to do it.

rev match (heel to toe) and threshold brake.... it pisses off my wife and scares the hell out of my mom

btw, if I have the kids in the car I just pop it in neutral and brake to a stop.

Rev match. It also sometimes like to produce a loud *POP* from the exhaust on coast down giving me extra incentive to rev-match.

Engine break in whatever gear I am in till 1500-2000 or so (if not, it'll stall via venting BOV) then pop it in neutral
