My car was cheap(actually free) and the mods are cheap.I dont plan on it being reliable since it will never drive farther than my street and all that matters is straight line performance.

Fast and reliable. If not for the reliable part I would be shooting for more than 600 HP.

:hort, hort, chortle, chortle: Your "soon-to-be-reliable" car has been down now for what, about 2 1/2 years? That's kind of like insurance, you pay up front and over a period of time so you don't have to pay as you go. Seems to me you've probably missed out on a lot of fun drive time. For your sake, I hope you don't break something the first week out.

Tony's car has been down for 2 1/2 years - but he's more likely to recover much of his car costs by having a car that is worth something in the long run. I've invested a ton of money in POS cars that still were not worth anything - my time is valuable - so if I'm going to spend the time and effort - I would rather spend it on the P-car where I know there is at least a return - and in 4 years isn't going to be worth $4.22. like some of my previous brands of cars...

Cheap and not so fast... and my car is broke and I am, too.

Mod cheap, mod twice.
