I have 20% all around. No problems here. And if I do get pulled over, I'll just drop the front windows, and problem solved.

Yes, mine is somewhere around 5% (they're dark, lol) and if my deck is on or an interior light is on at night, you can see there is light inside. Next time you are around a limo on the road at night, look, if they have the interior lights on, you can see the bulbs themselves, just not everything else. If you're only doing it so that the monitors can't be seen, at night you will probably be disappointed.
