I wouldnt worry too much about safety equipment beyond a basic car tech and helmet. I could be wrong, but I'm sure something along the lines of a AutoX on steriods would be about all we could do with insurance for this kind of money. With a fair amount of seat time this works for me

Ok, cool, that sounds very doable. I'd definitely buy better brake pads for such an event, I just have to deal with my shitty tires as it's my own damn fault for destroying the set of rx-7 wheels w/ falken ziex that was on my car.

I talked to a friend of mine who doesn't post often, bob marley, and he says he's very interested. Another friend of mine, the kid who bought bob marley's old blue 240 expressed some interest in it.

Please don't for one second try and lump me in with someone asking if they can drift at a racing event. Would it make you feel better if I told you it only weighs 4300 pounds? I fucking love this site and people's closedminded approach to everything

Stay home then.

at 4300#, I don't care how good of a drive you are, your car is at the very least a nusiance to other drivers and in the worst case, a hazard to others. period.

excuse my closeminded approach but, YOU DON'T HAVE A RACE CAR!!!!

I know I wouldn't have to make a 3 point turn in a hairpin! I'm not saying I'd be the fastest car out there, but I wouldn't be an annoyance or safety hazard either.

Shouldn't be a problem if folks are broken into comparable run groups.

We'll have to see how things pan out.

Without timing equipment it will be tough to group everybody.
