actually, i dont mind...they'll be easier with headers, but drop down wires are nice.

Anyway .. 3-4k is about what your going to spend on a good fox. Good ones don't come cheap like they use to anymore so you won't have a whole lot of money to mod.
Btw, mine ran 8.7 in the 1/8th with tires, exhaust, and gear.
Shooting for low 13s with gear, tires and suspension bolt ons is high expectations imo. Although my car was missing about 30 hp because of the e6 heads that were on it .. so it should be possible none the less.
Also, the problem with running low 13s is if you do it a whole lot with a stock tranny, it's going to break. No if, and's, or but's about it, it will.
IMO your not going to get mid to low 13s with 3-4k for the car and mods unless you buy a pos run down looking fox body.
