it realy comes down to how much do u have to spend on the car plus mods
i got a 327 and trans that would make u go 11s for a steal but is not that street friendly

Gears, tires, and some bolt on suspention should get you low 13's in a fox.

stock for stock, your lookin at mid 14 sec cars...but id preferably go for the fox, and turbo it. plus parts are much cheaper for the fox..and yes there are alot around.
as for the stealthram intake...its like 1000 dollars...you can pick up a C4 tpi vette fairly cheap nowadays...ive been wanting to get one and boost that..always something to look forward to.

Mustang. TPI is a PITA to work on period and nothing is really cheap for the cars. Yea an intake might wake up a TPI setup, but most intake setups are damn near a grand in price. My friends 92 coupe went 13.5@100 on a stock motor. Only thing it had was exhaust, gears, suspension and tires.
TPI make a shit load of torque but come 5k they die quicker than a 5.0 does.
