if your talking about some pro action heads,mild roller cam,right intake i would say 475 with 10 to 1 compression
and thats a mild setup.
but it all comes down to what are u looking to do with the car every day driver,weekend street/strip or strip car.

Stealth ram and headders puts you in the low 13's on the tpi car. I think there is more potential in the TPI car than the fox just due to it being a better platform to begin with.
