yes indeed....on a dyno, a decent MK3 will make 200ish rwhp..a dumptube style downpipe, 3" catback, and a filter kit, will yield 285ish rwhp...however, thats still not stock, so not really consequential

It couldve been worse. It couldve been taken with a 3.5+ megapixel camera with 1264 x 840 resolution
