SRT being a nice car?

or inviting you guys/gals to test drive one? Yes, I am!
I'm gonna see about bringing one out to the Tuesday TR meet on Erlich. Not to test drive, but to check out. It will actually be a customer's/employee's Red Line. Test drives have to be done at the store.

Taken from edmunds.com N/A Mk3s make 200 HP. Turbo Mk3s get 100 HP from intake and exhaust.

The ION Red Line has been dynoed (sp) by about 4 or 5 people already and they have been doin between 200 to 205 hp at the wheel. They best time I've heard in stock form is 14.7 don't know speed. Also, some of you guys aren't sure how strong this engine (not motor
) is? WOW! GM's ECOTEC engine is fuggin one strong engine (not motor). Do any of you watch sport compact drag racing? ECOTEC powered cars are dominating and breaking records like crazy! The Saturn Motorsports Saturn ION Quad Coupe driven by Lisa Kubo was the first Pro FWD car to hit the 7's. Now, the Cavalier drivin by Nelson Hoyos has broken that and holds the current record of 7.59.
I invite everyone to come on in and take her for a spin. It's purdy nice! Oooooh, those Recaro's are AWSOME! I'm serious here. I'm not tellin ya it's better than anything out there, but come on in and see for yourself! Just ask for Scooter. 800-859-2804
Oh yeah, yes they did replace the fuel feed line on some of the first ones (not a recall) and yes they are still building them
The ION Red Line and the new Chevy Cobalt SS are the same car basicly. The ION and the Cobalt are based on GM's Delta Platform.
Did I forget anything?

), Saturn Motorsports is workin on some stuff ( won't say what). Also once the Cobalt hits there will be even more. Lets face it, the Cobalt will do a lil better because Chevy has a racing back ground. So that will equal more support for them from the consumer and the after market. As far as potential goes for the ECOTEC engine itself, like I said before (<not bein sarcastic here) it's a very strong engine. GM has tested this engine to it's limits. Here's a link to show ya http://www.ny-jbodies.org/forum/libr...ortFighter.htm

Well I hate to say it but the MK3's you constantly drool over dont even put down 200RWHP stock....... I6 turbo... so yet again you don't make any sense..... You have never owned a turbo MK3, never driven a fast car, dont even have a liscense.... LEARN from the people on these forums rather than argue with them, because chances are they have a HELL of alot more experience with cars than you do.
