Look more what the boost values are when the issue happens not rpm. at 6k in third, you may have less boost and load then in fourth at 5k.

if i run it just off the wastegate which is 9.8 psi it has yet to do it.i called edelbrock and told them what was going on and they said if i was spinning more RPM and more boost then yea maybe valve float but being im trying to pull 6200RPM and only 14psi he said hes almost 100% sure its not the valves.

one on the guys on here bullit proof had the ford racing svo heads or whatever they are called and hes has no issue with his so i dont see how the edelbrock would fail so now im lost i have no clue what else to try

Didnt see where you answered, but where are you sourcing your vacum from for wastegate and electronic controller?

Also wastegate springs arent going be exactly acurrate. Have you tested the spring pressures with air to verify where they are opening the WG at? Your boost gauge reads 9.8 psi???

vacum is coming from the turbo.as for testing the wastegate no i havenot done that.im thinking it might be coil bind but im not 100% sure yet.i was told my 1.72 might be to much for the stock springs

this piece in the picture the damn roller pin was missing and the damn shaft kept coming up throwing timing off and whatever else it could have been doing.its good its figured out but the bad thing is the poor clutch dont have a chance to hold it and the damn things slips so bad the car dont even increase MPH.also the coil,TFI module were bad.so now im going to put the spec stage3+ in it and it should make 650 plus
