whats the easiest way to check u-joints?
mine has a little play when u twist it

get under the car, you want to check up/down movement on the ears/caps. You want to apply pressure up on the ears of the Ujoint (where the snap ring is). Then turn the car over to the next set of ears/caps. Same procedure. Don't grease it before you check it. Fresh grease will make it seem tighter than it is... The Ujoint/driveline will always "twist" no matter what.
