s/c question and wire tuck question

Default s/c question and wire tuck question

ive been looking around at superchargers (yes i know turbo> i dont want opinons. but all i could find was a high boost kit at jackson racing for a b16 it has 12 lb max boost and a hondata s300 ecu. is their bigger pulleys? cuz i cant findthem if so.

i drive my car daily and i want to do a wiretuck but i dont know how to go about it like i dont wanna do it all in one day but slowly a little everyday just lookin for some input...

wire tuck is easily "tucking wires"... you hide your wiring harness from being visualized... thats pretty much it.

ya thanks man i know the reason behind it i was asking more into the process of it i kno you got to cut and splice wires to extend them but do you think i could do it myself or have a shop do it i only plan to do literally a couple wires a day then on a weekend or something relocate the fuse box...

Yup your basicly just running the harness through the fenders and extending a bunch of wires and shit. A shop would prolly screw you on how many hours it would actually take seeing as it's not job thats in the books.

You only have to extend one wire for the wire tuck and that is the one going into the fuse box...I tucked my whole fuse box along with everything else on that side of my EF and I only extended the power wire going to the fuse box from my battery...took about 1.5 hours to do but it looks clean as hell. I also routed my fuel injector wiring under the intake manifold which made it look a little nicer too.

outkasted24 on here use to have supercharged teg back in the day, and he swears their not even worth the time or the effort. He told me how every other week somthing would go wrong.

I've heard good and bad things about s/c'ing.

When it comes down to price/power ratio, turbo is where it's at.
