1. took the IAC apart and cleaned it thoroughly. then made sure it was bolted down nice and firm
2. took the throttle body off and cleaned it thoroughly, ESPECIALLY the flap( the piece that opens and closes lol) with a tooth brush
3. set my idle where i like it and then set the TPS at .98 volts
and dont know if i had to but 4. reset my ecu

Did ya take the spout out when you set the idle?
