the efi was screwed up to.four bad sensors, and leaking injector.with rockers doing there thing i am surprised it even ran so good.its not out the woods yet until i get the pushrods in lol.i found the problem when i pulled the valve covers to just make sure everthing looked right on the valves.well i took a rocker loose and was looking at it and noticed it it was catching on the stud for rockers.i never checked the push rod length.i assumed since i didn"t change any of the gemoentry it would have the same length pushrods.well dumb ass me for got that i added in guide plates and it moved the stud up .0050,so that puts the rocker down more on the rocker stud.check it with my pushrod length tool and sure enough it was .0050 short.let this be a lesson always check your pushrod length.

I forgot about the injector.... Keep us posted if the valve train fix clears the problem up.

wow good job figuring that out. with all that shit going on it should run real good when you get it back together. I have sent several sets of injectors out to be cleaned. and that does wonders for dirty old injectors. I found the guy on e bay he is in georgia. you get a pre cleaned and post cleaned flow sheet. all new pintle caps o rings and filter screens 89.00 for a set of 8. makes them like new. if there is a problem he will call you and tell you before he finishes them and he sells cores cheap too. so if one is bad you still get 8 back. I only had a problem with one set of 4 that had sat in the rain for years.so he only charged me for testing them.

besides the efi problems, the reat was my own damm fault.i should have checked the push rod length.good thing is that the will be at gearhead tomorrow so i can get this damm thing running again.it should really good know.it was a beast before all this.no dragging rockers, new set of injectors and a couple new sensors should make a diff.

Have you gone through and tightened up the pins in the black and white connectors?
