I haven't messed with it anymore but I have talked to a few more people.
A couple things I may try in the somewhat near future are:
1: upsizing the line from front to rear from 3/16 to 1/4 which would decrease some pressure on the rears. I will double check and someone tell if I am wrong but I think the front to rear line on the SN95 cars is 1/4".
2: I may bypass the factory prop valve all together and just use the rear adjustable unit. If there is pressure being diverted from the fronts to the rear by the shuttle valve, this will eliminate that.

I can help you out here.

I spent less that a grand on my brake system and it will put you thru the windshield, time, after time, after time!

And it is all Ford!

Got a good sanity check today. Much thanks to Ben 500HPLX for stopping by.
We both drove the car and concluded that it really does stop quite well.
The pedal could be a shade higher but its such a small amount that its not worth bothering with.

Thanks again to all who made inputs to this thread.

That is going to be a sweet ride when it is done. It is a ball now!

How long have you had the brake system back together? Since it was all open/installed have you re-bleed the system?

Might improve the pedal a bit if you did.

It has probably been bled 8 or 10 times in the last couple weeks. Its as good as it gets. The next step if I mess with it will be to delete the prop valve and put some PBR's/stainless braided hoses on the front. maybe this winter........
