The same with an EFI setup. Its cheap to go fast with both systems and its expensive to go even faster with both systems.
No offense bro but you might want to re-read this enitre thread because I for one talked about exaclty what you just said. I talked about a cheap carb/intake setup and an expensive blow through race carb setup, a cheap efi setup and an expensive efi setup for those of us that want to run quicker than 10's.

I think we can all agree that going fast costs money no matter how you choose to do it. Most people will gravitate to what they are most comfortable with. I'm with you Briane, I'd rather fire up the laptop and tune without getting dirty
Yeah I hear ya, but if I don't get some raises at work I might have to get dirty. Actually the AEM setup isn't all too expensive, I think it's like a grand and plugs into the factor wiring.

Lol, in the end I think we were all saying about the same thing.

Megasquirt... that just doesnt sound right. Between that and PMS, I dont know which one sounds gayer to claim installed on your car.

"Yo, I got a megasquirt on my car" - "yeah, is that like a windshield washer or something?"

or

"I tune my car with my PMS" - "So, you get your wife to do it??"

Got a link for this Megasquirt? Sounds interesting.
