maybe i did act a bit too hasty. I am as low as it gets when it comes to moderating these forums. i run a low traffic forum, free of drama. most of you haven't heard of me because I tend to stay away from cliques on TR. i have no problems with not being popular on a forum, I'm not what you would call an internet hardass either. When I accepted the role of mod, I knew it came with the responsibility of being fair. Not being able to use the search function, I could not confirm what ZMAN was claiming. If it was as blatant as you claimed it to be then I would have brought it up to admins earlier. Sure, I made a minor mistake. It could have been handled differently, but it wasn't. If you people decide to cast blame and opinions based on this, that's your business. Our paths will never cross, my life will be lived the same. Sorry for whatever inconvieniences I have cause you. WOW, this has turned into such a 4th quarter drama deal.Normally over the years I haven't post much,I have just sat back at monitered people never realing saying much over the years..Then this last Jan. I became more vocal and started to post everyday..I can honestly say that Ford TR people are a true to their roots all around good kinda people!!! I think we would have each others back if anyone from any other forum comes to shit in here.That being said I want to thank the likes of Andel for standing his ground and doing the right thing..Consumer alert is a high priority=THANKS..WE shall just have to keep to our own (ford) and if the rest of the forums go to shit so be it:lol

not trying to be funny, serious question. The reason we don't get in the middle of these types of problems is because i have no way of knowing who is telling the truth. There are 3 sides to every story, his, theirs and the truth. How do I verify who is correct?

thats the bigger issue, once we start down this slippery slope, it becomes a nightmare and opens TR up to all kinds of potential problems legal wise. We are not responsible for transactions between users, if we were to become responsible there would be no way to maintain the for sale sections as free, I'd have to pay someone full time to mediate disputes between people.

Just not feasible guys, I really wish I could identify every shady fuck on the forums and put their name in bright neon pink, but there is no way for me to do that reliably without dealing with a thousand "It wasnt me bro" PM's a day, shit I already have 500+ unread PM's (I read the important ones vis email before you crazies say I ignore shit.. lol)
