if you guys remember Silviaz145 who never sent an item to Riverviewnative and we warned others not to buy from him. Well I found out that Captain Fap'n removed my thread when I warned a fellow member to keep away from this guy. So I guess we shouldn't let others know when somebody here steals from us members. just amazing!!

Fap'n is just doing his job. We have 50,000+ registered members here and our policy is to not get involved in disputes between users.

we have a TRader rating system where you can leave feedback on someone if a deal went bad. Anything over and above that and we will be dealing with literally hundreds of these things every day. How am I, or my staff supposed to know which one of the parties is in the right and which one is wrong? I am not the judge.

if you have a problem by where someone stole something, call the cops.. it's pretty straight forward. I can't fix anything for you, call the cops. if they need info from us, all they need to do is ask.

you guys have it good here in the ford forum, you are generally quiet and great people to deal with but every now and then something like this comes up and it's a big bash fest on the rest of the site, or the staff which is very disappointing because neither are at fault. By all means enjoy what we have here in the ford area, but dont give the staff a hard time for just doing their job and trying to be fair... doesnt make anyone's job or experience on Tr any better or easier.

If you have a problem with how we handle suspected thieves, drop me a PM and I will be happy to shed some light on just why we deal with things the way we do. almost nothing on here staff wise is an accident, it all usually stems from policy that myself or aharon set. We try to be as fair as possible.

Hmm I guess RiverviewNative could have called the police and let him know what happened. I believe it was only for 45.00?? hmm not even grand theft, only petty but it does cross state lines so the charge would be greater. hmm here at PCSO they would just take the report and say thanks and we will pass it on.

ok I will only stay in Ford tech cause we got it so good. I really do believe we have it good on some of the sections we have as in Projects, sale, tech and forums.

Many of the larger sites as in Corral, 4 Eyed Pride, SN95, Turbo??.com they do allow memebers to police their own by looking out for each other. Going forward I will pm "Oldman" on anything I see not being fair. (hope he's getting better).
