+1....... They pretty much follow this to a T. When divorced my ex, I moved back home w/parnets and took a paycut from $24hr to $7.50 for about 6 months. Im not supporting no lifestyle for the ex. 3 months after she was told $78 week support, I ended up with my son. Had him since he was 3, he'll be 13 this month

 

I didnt say that it did nothing, I said it did not influence the amount largely. For example, my ex did not work at all when we were married now she makes about 11/hour and it would only lower my support payment by about 12/month. That is according to the worksheet in my particular case.

 

I have my 3 year old daughter full time,and did not ask for any money from her mom.

 

I havent received nothing from my ex, nor did I ask. No amount of money is worth having to deal with that biatch

like what was said here, i've spoke with him about it and we've both kind of came to terms with the fact that it wouldnt be worth the trouble/time considering he only has about 8 more months of it left. not to mention he doesnt want to risk it going up as his employment situation has improved alot since the original price was set.

My daughters 13, she's with her mother on the weekends. No child support is given to either party. I pay for everything my daughter needs. She's my kid and thats all that counts.

 

There should be a law where if a woman threatens to take you to court, you can shoot them.

 

I GET child support from my ex of four months even though I do not need it, it is the principal that she needs to do her part.
