I know this has probably been asked a million times on here but I'm looking for a shop to make me a roll cage for my 92' Civic Hatchback. If you know anybody that could help please write down there shop name/number on here or send it to me in a message.

The roll cage is going to need to consist of:
Two Rear Strut Bars
Two Front Door Bars
Main Hoop Crossbrace- with supports on both sides.

basically to look like this...

what has to look diffrent from that picture.. It's always cheaper to start with a pre-built cage and just add any changes you need... what are you doing with this cage? what class of which racing org.?

The reason I am kind of sketched out about buying one online is because I do not know if the front door bars are going to interfere with my door panels. This cage is going to be for street driving BUT also at the drag strip on weekends and such. I just feel a bit safer with one because I have been T-boned in a hatchback like mine, and we flipped and the roof caved in. If you know of anybody that does roll cage work OR you do yourself; please let me know.

I sure do.. In hate to take business away from myself but most of your mass market bars do not interfere with the doors... actually I prefer if they enter the door cavity for driver protection, but look at your b pillar where the main hoop goes and draw a line straignt to the front of the door.. you'll see if it's going to interfere.. and trust me is a lell of a lot cheaper to modify a door panel (and have it look good) for a $200 cage then make a $800 cage to fit your door panel.

At a glance, it looks like the link provided is a cage KIT, not an assembled cage. If you want the door bar to be different, buy the kit and just replace that ONE bar with whatever you want.

And I'll be the one to question using a full roll cage for "safety" on the street. You're putting steel bars much closer to your head than any of the existing interior parts of the car. You're not protecting your head with a helmet. You do the math.

If it's side intrusion you're worried about, remove your door panel and have someone reinforce the INSIDE of your door with additional supports. Cheaper, neater and safer.

Loren: I see where your coming from, I kind of look at it as a catch 22, I'm really worried about flipping or getting T-boned. I would much rather wrap the main hoop and the driver/passenger bars in padding to protect my head.

Cage on the street means proper seats and harness are absolutely necessary! Not to mention a helmet or some real thick bar pads.
