2k in suspension on my 04 ford focus

H&R race springs 325lbs front 375 lbs rear
H&R 24mm adjustable front sway
H&R 24mm rear sway (daily driver bar)
Steeda's 28.6mm rear sway (for auto-x & when i just want to have a little fun on the side)
mostly poly bushings all around
upgraded rear LCA's
adjustable Koni shocks & struts
SPC adjustable camber arms
Focus sport front strut tower bar
home made rear shock tower bar

Stock rims for DD with goodyear eagle tires

Autox rims an tires: Team dynamic wheels with 215/40 17 Rcomps (which i was able to pull 1.1 g's without pushing the car to it's limits an fliping it).

Brakes: 253mm EBC rotors with Hawk HP plus pads, Stainless lines, rear disc conversion from a 05 focus ST, & ARP wheel studs with Mcgard lugs.

picture of the rear springs an shocks, thats the old SVT sway bar i had, an there is only about 4 inch's of travel for the springs in the rear

95 GSR

Koni yellows re-valved
GC springs 12k front 10k rear
spherical front lower control arm bushings
All poly bushings else where
Cusco OS upper braces front/rear (front with MC brace)
EM X bar/ C-pillar bar
OEM ITR trunk floor bar
98+ OEM ITR floor bar (under carpet)
J-Speed fender braces
Cusco front lower brace
98+ ITR sways front/rear
Function 7 endlinks front and rear
ASR sub frame brace
Omni rear LCAs with spearical bearings
SPC front camber/caster adj. upper control arms
SPC Rear camber adj. upper control arms
SPC rear toe adjustment
Lots of stitch welding

And once some bills are paid and I get a new daily alot of the random bars are coming out and replacing it all with a cage to feel a bit stiffer and safer for track days.

And shitty ass wheels with really good tires on a crappy "looking" car.
