The law goes the same for 30mph over in a car..Reckless driving is reckless driving and your car or motorcycle can be impounded and jail time as well

I would say your fucked with the tag ticket, tell the judge one of your reflector clips rattled off , and so you did not want to you loose your plate (assuming you have one to show the judge it is registered) so you took it off untill you got another reflector, tell him you have only had it missing for less than a day (lie). they will not simpathize with this excuse but its better than saying "i dont have one cause i normally run" bahwhahhaha.

Next, your 46 over, tell the judge there was someone riding your ass and you needed to get away from them and before you knew it you where going way to fast. Still is your fault, but the punishment may be a little less. Or just tell the truth, you where out for a ride on some twisty roads, and you where out to have a good time and really where not thinking to hard about the speed limit, and paying more attention to the road and other things. either one could make or break the attitude of the judge, and nothing is garenteed, except you will most likely be paying a big fine for this one.

Next, Reflector's See the top explanation about the reflector clips for your tag. say one fell off. and you did not want to risk your tag being lost so you figured it would be fine for a little while.

Next, your exaust well tell the judge you where not aware that it was not street legal, and are amazed at how many bikers have loud pipes but are not ticketed... basically anything other than stock is illegal, so tell judge that you where not aware, and will put the stock one back on or order a stock can to fix the problem, or tell him you already fixed it buy purchasing one, and show the judge a receipt of purchase.

Pulling over and taking the ticket and ass rape from the cops is nothing more than following the law, if you follow the law or not, has nothing to do with being a man. You are a man or woman from birth, if your choose to not follow the law are your male genitalia replaced with female?

i just got a ticket doin 86 in a 45 the other week on my lunch break...i'm scared to see these fines...not sure if i want a lawyer though..think i might just plead no contest or something..i dunno

 

nope not in the slammer yet but good thing i have a recruiter that want me to leave on time and is going to try and get the DA to throw all this out YEAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

most lawyers guarantee no points...why wouldn't you at least try it?

 

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! well lets just say that i pulled a few strings did a few things....had my buddy's dad who is friends w/ the judge (overton) go in and talk to him this mornin while i was sittin in the courtroom and he called me in talked to him ALL TICKETS DROPPED NO POINTS ASSESSED NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i just got to pay a court fine of like $121 which is def better than the tickets and penaltys i coulda faced......thank you now i can ship out good luck to everyone RIDE SAFE AND I WILL BE BACK TO RIDE!!!!!
