yaaa you have to have those little red reflectors on your license plate... no mirrors well thats just dumb their there for a reason use them... any exhaust over factor is illegal hense the exhaust ticket... i got a 115 in a 65 wasnt arrested was suppose to be arrested on spot but fhp had court to go to, and if you were going over 100mph thats when your suppose to be arrested for attempted homicide or something like that... 30mph over the speed limit is a mandatory court date and thats all... i wouldnt take your chances with him not showing get a lawyer theyll probably drop the points make you take the 12 hour course and pay the fines...


its a fix it ticket... you fix it bring it by the station they look it over and throw it away.

 

look at the bright side... 30+ over is impound and loose license in a year bc 30+over as of Oct 2005 is a felony.

whoops any exhaust other than factory exhaust is illegal... most cops dont give a damn about exhaust because harleys come stock with loud pipes they'll just get you on it for shits and giggles sometimes when they have nothing better to do

eh if you want to i wouldnt i would just pay the fine its a non moving violation so theres no points on those... i rather pay a $80 fine instead of changing out my $1500 exhaust. or you could switch it to the stock then switch it back...

 

i dont think thats true because i got pulled over 4/20/2007 for doing 76 in a 45 and i got off with a violation of traffic control device... and that was 31 mph over. plus i got pulled over in december of 05 doing 83 in a 50 and got a ticket for $302.50, no jail time, no felony, and kept the cars... both times

 

wow so any aftermarket exhaust is illegal thats complete bullshit!!!!!!!! i think just about every damn bike on the road has an aftermarket exhaust..... maybe if i do 2 of the 3 theyll be tight and let me go cause i really don't feel like payin 73.50

 

^just change your pipe out and the exhaust violation is not just for bikes its for vehicles too... just really no cop really cares but the cops that pulled you over were probably sportbike nazi's and gave you everything they could
