okay so i got pulled over.....and the remark should have ran will pop up well i couldn't or i would have. okay so here is the list going 46mph over the limit, no red reflectors, no mirrors, aftermarket exhaust, no display of tag. well i got to know exactly what they are talkin about no red reflectors are they talkin abou those lil round damn tag reflecors???? no mirrors im going to put those back on and the damn officer said i have no baffles hmmmmmm i look into my exhaust and pretty sure i see the baffles so thats a bullshit thing unless it really doesn't. but my real question is so what are my chances of going to jail cause i heard you could go for like 2 weeks for speedin like that anyone got some insite???

Sounds to me like they werent happy with the 46 over and just started adding shit up. But arent you supposed to have some sort of red reflector in the rear of the bike?

 

shoot that whole reflector thing was on the fender but thats gone when i got the fender eleminator which is why i think they got those lil reflector things for your tag? i don't know anything about this he also right off the bat mentioned my intergrated tail light said somethin about that too

 

I got a 101mph in a 65mph last year and it was expensive as hell but no jail time or anything like that. I used Keith Warshofsky as well and he kept the points off my driver's license anyway. Total cost was something around $1,000 after lawyer, court costs, fine, etc.

By the way, it is still not worth running... If you get caught running you are a convicted felon the rest of your life... Good luck in life with that following you around. Not to mention the whole you might die or kill someone else thing as well. Just my $.02

Oh yeah... Get a lawyer and all the little add-on tickets will most likely go away and you will just get the speeding. The cops normally just tack those on when you are a dick about what you did and do not respect them just to send a message.

wel the mirror muffler and reflector thing was what he called a chance ticket or somethin all i got to do is go to a station and get my bike checked and the ticket will be done with if i understood that right and the no dispaly of tag cant beat that just worried about the jail time cause i have heard of it before. i still want to know about this reflector thing and the exhaust thing he was an idiot
