I say sue her, you might not get much but take the car, and make that bitch walk, sell the car for what ever you can to fix your bike

its a law to have ins., otherwise your not suppose to be able to register a vehicle and when a person cancels ins, the ins company is suppose to notify the state and the state is suppose to check to see if the person has new ins, and if not they are suppose to suspend your drivers license

 

Damn sux man, Take care of your injuries then worry about sueing her. Make a speedy recovery and get back on the bike! Best of luck

id hate to be a negative nancy but these are the worst people out there... bc you cant take there primary mode of transportation or Primary household. and i dont kno how its going to go with floridas great no fault law. but lets hope she owns like 14 houses and 27 cars.... glad your ok tho. by the looks of your helmet it looks as if you hit a tire with your head. the rubber scuffs.

 

actually you can register a vehicle simply by showing the people at the dmv any insurance card...doesnt even have to have your name on it as long as it is an active policy.i know people at the dmv and that is where this info came from.....if she cant afford to pay for the bike the state will put a lein on her dl and suspend her driving privledges until the damages are paid for....call perrinich and carrol.they're on sunset pt. and belcher.

I had a pretty good fender bender with a car once, driver didn't have insurance ( I was in a car too.) The other driver was at fault, my insurance company had to pay out to me, since the other driver was not covered. Turns out my insurance company sued the owner of the car (which wasn't even the guy driving.) I have no idea what the insurance company recovered, if anything. I think the guy was a migrant worker. Felt kind'a bad....but if you are going to live here, you have to abide by the rules like everyone else.

lol no those arent my nails those are my moms nails... ya im going to look into the lawyer next week when im all settled down... i dont remember any of the wreck... i was told she was wearing a gas station shirt.... o ya shows that shes got money... not... so ill be looking into sueing her for what she has to get my bike fixed thats all i really want... as of right now i cant really do much as i have blood spots on my brain so im pretty much house arrested. this fucking sucks
