well it was wed after lunch i was headed back to work... down my street not even 10 houses down i guess this lady tried to make a turn with me coming straight at her... i guess she stopped so i tried to swever around her which than she decided to go... she clipped my back tired which than sent me into a nasty spin... i missed a palm tree and some other stuff my bike did end hitting the wood planques around the tree which than sent me flying into the ladys car... i hit the car than flew another 10-20 feet past that... my bike i figure is fucked but some may have different sayings... as far as the lady that hit me of course she doesnt have insurance... thatd make my life way to easy so now im fucked with a huge medical bill and now my bike... heres the pics of my bike i took tonight when i got back home.:

indeed it makes me sad brings me to tears everytime i look at it... and knowning that this isnt probably going to get fixed because she has no insurance is making me even more pissed... i guess it scared the shit out of my sisten when she looked down the street and there was a homocide (sp) van out there she thought i was dead... they were going to keep me in the er until next week i hadda put an end to that...

 

glad you're ok, it could have been a lot worse.there should be a insanely stiff penalty for not having insurance...I hope the bike can be salvaged...if not, there are plenty of 636 guys on here that will scoop up parts to help the bills...

 

thanks but there would be no way i could ever let me baby go.. i planned on turning it into a track bike once i get the money for it and maybe getting a 10r for my next one...

ya im going to look into sueing her... she shouldnt be driving with out insruance... thats what im really pissed at... im out of work for 2 weeks than i have to go to rehab

 

Damn dude, sounds like you took a beating... If you WERE NOT in the wrong.. then You should not havea problem finding a lawyer to talk to/represent you.
