easily fixed, down shift into 2nd and clutch it up then ride out to the desired speed and hold. no tire on ground no problem right?

Does it get worse if he goes faster or does it go away. if it has certain speeds its prevailant at its most likely the tire and chances are you may not SEE anything wrong it.

One of the consequences of such notions as "entitlements" is that people who have contributed nothing to society feel that society owes them something, apparently just for being nice enough to grace us with their presence.”

I'm serial guys, a worn-out front tire usually causes that. Replace front tire = good to go.

It does get worse from 40-60mph. He doesnt want to take it any faster than that.

40-60 is a WIDE range for this effect. Like my car does it right at 60-65mph holding a steady speed. The tires arent exactly round on my car anymore. Any less than 40 and ur prob not going fast enough to cause the vibration. Is it 'vibrating' or actually 'wobbling'? I *think* theres a difference. If you guys check the steering stem torque like mentioned then the next thing i would do is remove the front wheel and take it down to a shop to have them put it on a balancer and spin it up.

At 40 it doesnt really do anything, kind of a lil shake but at 60 it gets violent. So about 50-60 is where theres a major problem.
