I was also shocked to hear they are postponing the event untill July. We had already paid, I would of bet that they had at least 50 cars being a 1st time in FL event. Lets hope Sebring does better.

Yeah, we are all kind of bummed about the schedule change for Homestead but I think it's for the best. I like the one day format alot better, plus this gives the series a little more time to get more entries together. I heard of a half doz or so teams that are prepping a car for Sebring but just wouldn't have things together before the May Homestead race. Hopefully this will give them enough time to do both!
The Sebring entry list is alot healthier and will only get better.

Check out the chump site. It looks like Us 4 teams, Taj, Blacksheep, EuroTrash and GT3 were the only ones that signed up and paid.

We could of had our own private race.. But I know he needs i would think 50 cars to make it worth his while.

Hate to say it, but I have my doubts about Chump Car surviving.

It's tough right now I have a couple friends up north letting go of logbooked cars on the cheap. People like myself who would love to attend don't know where the next meal is coming from better yet have a racing budget.

I think you meant 5th place

In all seriousness, I'm with Barry, your V8 will be passing all of us in the straight... every 2 laps!
You guys have to remember that the car was really beat up. 300,000+ miles....it looks good but thats about it.
