i dont think u need boost to make power. i guarantee if u put a good header/intake/exhaust on there and dyno tune it youll gain a lot of power! u may not make extra power just bolting them on but the tune is where its at. a buddy of myne ran one up in tally with i/h and an ems that made 256 to the wheels after the tune.
actually i think s2k's are like all maxed out from factory, adding all those bolt ons will be a serious waste of useful money because you are not goign to see a big gain, if you want more power i say you save up for a turbo kit if you wanna go that route

some mis information in this thread. I made 35whp in the midrange in places, that is completely worth it to me. I will be goin boost as well but in the mean time I will play this way.

peak power they are kinda maxed, so yes that statement is true to an extent. you can make some gains but like already stated, you have to spend big money.
basically the reason people say the s2k is maxed is because it take a ton of money to make any real noticeable gains NA.
really, who wants to spend $1500 on a header that may or may not make you 5-8hp? or $1500 on an exhaust that may or may not make you 5-8hp.
you can spend some BIG money and get upwards of 250-280whp. some have claimed as high as 290-310whp NA. Its the same as building any Honda motor for high NA power. You have to fully build the thing (cams, high comp., stroke....)
I went with cheapy stuff and it seamed to work out for me.
