ScrapinSi I didnt rip your car. I was trying to get 16gAWD to get off your back and making a joke at the same time. Sorry you misunderstood.
BUT understand this...
I paid $8900 bucks for my 94 TSi AWD in PRISTINE mint condition. ALL options including mint leather interior only 48000 miles and a stout motor with the best drivetrain year the DSM has ever had ( 4 bolt axles and 23 spline output shaft). Nothing but compliments on the condition of my car. I have Approx. $3500 dollars into my car in aftermarket parts including my new turbo. $2000 of it on things that are no use with my STOCK turbo. They are for the 20g in the very near future. This brings me to a grand total of $12400 bucks Thousands less than your mighty Civic.
Another thing is your Civic will not handle the amount of boost my car came with from the factory with your stock motor nevermind 20psi or more. It is not a Turbo motor. You CAN build it to handle it like Rocky did. But it wont get far stock.
I dont want to rip your car ScrapinSi but it is you along with some others on this list that jump to the defense and like to argue. I never sit here and make posts about how much faster my car is unless PROVOKED or how much HP it makes or whose V8 or Ricer I can beat. Have you seen me post once about a kill ? No becuase I think Kills on the street mean nothing. just like your T-Bird Kill.
I dont say all honda motors blow up or all 5.0l Ford blow up you all dont need to say it about DSMs. its not true.
Take my new issue of Sport Compact Car for instance. In an article in there testing Civic Sis with $10000 in CARB legal mods 3 out of 4 of the cars left on tow trucks and they all could barely muster up 200 HP.
That is my Honda rip for the year take it for what it is.

Its ok Joe... I apologize also... I was referring to BRAND NEW Eclipses though... (2gs... not those NASTY 3gs)... I was doing a comparison of 1999 Eclipses to my 1999 Si... 1gs are great cars... thats why many 2g eclipses replace their motors with 1g motors.... The eclipses are also MADE for turbo that is why they can run more boost w/o mods... the thing with the Sport Compact Car Sis was... they were trying new things and burning the hell out of the car pushing it to the limits.... it wasnt their everyday driver so they didnt have to worry about it... im sure if i didnt care about my car I would push the HELL out of it and not care about how it is built... but then again wouldnt we all... once again I apologize and All I can say is... Cant we all just get along... 
Oh yeah... I am going on the SuperStreet Gtour this weekend to the X Games... look for my car on ESPN2... HOPEFULLY... I should have my ImportTrendz Stickers & my tamparacing.com stickers on representing... unfortunately my carbon fiber kit wont make it here in time though...

By the way the point I was making with the Blown up civics was that any jerk who runs their car with blatant disreguard for the longevity of their vehicle can easily blow it up. Doesnt matter what kind of car it is.

I agree... too many people dont pay attention to what they are doing when they boost... if I were to boost my car I would do EVERYTHING right BEFORE I turn up the boost... not do it all AS i turn up the boost.

Hey Scrapin did you ever show in a Ronnie Setzer show. In the Makes And Models magazine there is a picture of a Red SI with the hood up and I noticed it had a Red Valve Cover. Then I noticed the thing was damn near laying on the ground. It really doesnt show anything else about it. If it is you thats pretty cool you already got some ink on your car and its pretty much stock. If it is you I will try and grab the magazine next time I see and e-mail you the picture or maybe just send you the magazine itself.

Yes Cavy... that was my car... The guy came up and started taking pictures of my car and started asking me about it. It really pissed off my friend that had an integra with a front end custom hood and chrome rims that they were taking pictures of my car... HEHEHEHE... I would LOVE to see how the pic of my car looks.... so if you could e-mail or mail me the pic/magazine that would be GREAT!!
