Btw were you always running the zip ties of the intercooler?

yeah i am talking to you, I have two and will have one extra Ill pm you.

the ropes were only holding the intercooler up for when i was making mounting brackets for the new sitting location of the intercooler so I can put the new bumper on. LHT is doing my intercooler piping once I get it back together, I need the tubes to be bent, or re-made to fit the newest mounting location, so until then, i needed to hold the intercooler in place by ropes because I had already cut away the part of the rad support where it mounted before.
