The one where the guy licked the car. Also I liked the one where the husband pestered his wife to come outside to watch him put the windows down.

 

I thoroughly enjoyed all the 'Fast' and 'Unpimp ze auto' ones. But my favorite is still the GTi up in the tree. "Next time let the clutch out easier."

 

I work at a VW dealership also and the new minivan is supposed to be made w/ Chrysler (wow what a mistake for VW) VW already has quality problems in my opinion, just to start off, they don't need to produce a car with chrysler crap and the over engineering of VW.

 

I remember those. They weren't that bad. But that just shows ya something about VW. Those ads were years ago.
But I must say the Rabbit ads are pretty good.

 

Those rabbits look like so much fun you could crash them off a cliff. You'd be having so much fun it wouldn't even matter ! lol.

 

My ex used to compare me to that guy because I loved my Jetta. Way more than her.

 

i got passed by one of those EOS on fowler the other night... thought it was a small kompressor or something... looks really good. wow

 

Don'y forget that Chrysler is owned by Mercedes now and most of their technology bits are coming from manufacturers accross the pond w/ ties to Mercedes as a corporation. The Crossfire is a perfect example of a Mercedes w/ a Chrysler badge. Also the whole idea of reviving the "Hemi" image came about after Mercedes took over, didn't it? (not sure if my timeline is correct, help me out if anyone knows for sure) Anyway, VW's parts bin is deep and filled w/ crappy manufacturers so I'm sure a few more wouldn't hurt. HaHa!!
You know what's crazy? my 89 GLI w/ pwr windows all still work and are original yet the windows in my wifes 99 A6 are crapping out 1 by 1.
Sometimes technology sucks!!!
