Well in the officers defense its 7:30 at night and that kid looked like he could barely ride a bike. Theres a reason here why its illegal to ride at night with out a head lamp and tail light.

I don't see how he didn't see the kid. Whatever, that cop is an idiot, and those parents are soon to be fucking loaded. Not that that will bring their son back. I'd be in jail for killing a certain police officer.
