It happened in a 40 mph zone.If he was doing the speed limit I bet this wouldn't have happened.

If a civillian did this.You bet the cops would be all over the news bragging how they caught this pos and they are going to serve hard time.






I just ask the cop is treated like any of us would be,But we know that won't happen.

I tend to see cops speeding around with out lights/sirens alot here in St.pete. I think that should be illegal if it already isn't. I dont see how its possible for them to be able to break the law when they are doing nothing but driving around town. Lights or sirens is one thing (especially if they need to be some where quick) but if they dont have one or the other on then they need to follow the rules like every one else. They are not above the law.... Especially since we are the ones paying for they're fucking gas...

It also pisses me off when I see officers being impatient so the flick the lights on when at a stop light and drive though the intersection and continue on there way like there is nothing going on. Its not like they are on call either, they just dont want to sit at the light. I've been seeing a lot more of this lately and I find it really irritating.

 

I don't know man. 40mph is pretty fast too, thus the speed limit for school zone is 20mph. Also, I do have to agree for the cop being a complete idiot. Driving 72mph without sirens or lights is unacceptable. On the other hand, why is the kid crossing the road without traffic lights? Isn't there a public sidewalk? The parents should have taught the child better such as look both ways when crossing the street, etc. It looks like he can barely ride his bike (swerving all over the place).

 

parents should be partially at fault for this shit....letting ur kid ride around at dark ur only asking for trouble....and the cop shouldve had his lights on and maybe not go so fast, but either way he had his headlights on the kid shouldve been able to see them.....either way shit sucks

 

plus who the fuck lets their kid ride their bike on a four lane road?
