lol highschool
no she shouldn't the bus driver should have handled it better
You think some little 16 year old bitch has more authority than the bus driver?
You think the bus driver should let a 16 year old girl get away with being 'wrong'?
'constrain', I didn't witness anyone being constrained in the video? The Bus driver didn't tie her to the seat. Slap her in the face. The bus driver was standing her ground like any other normal human being would do. Plain and simple.
Seems like you're criminology class isn't helping you very much.
If I saw my daughter acting an ass like that on the bus, I would give the driver complete authority to beat the fuck out of my daughter. This is what happens when people 'high school kids' don't take authority serious.

How would she do that? According to you she shouldn't be allowed to even touch her (which is sissified). That was pretty much the only way of keeping her on the bus.
Anyway, this argument is lame and that little girl needs to have her ass whipped regardless who it comes from.

wow i never said the bus driver isnt legally responsible for the kid but you just cant go around shoving kids, The bus driver started the pushing and shoving not the girl. she was supposed to write a report to the school and have the administration handle the situation afterwards
"A Consequences for inappropriate behavior on the bus depends on the infraction. Consequences may range from driver/student conference, change of seating, to removal from the bus. In situations where the infraction is significant, drivers will write disciplinary referrals and refer to the appropriate grade level administrator."

Classroom is a lot different then letting a kid off at the wrong stop.
Think of it this way. You're a senior in highschool, you don't want to eat that sorry ass cafeteria food. You want to head to the local McDonalds. You leave, get into an accident. It's the SCHOOL's fault.
They have legal "guardianship" over you while you're at school.

That statement isnt true.. tons of schools let there kids off campus for lunch and the school does not have "gaurdainship" at that point.
As far as the rest of the drama.. thay were all wrong but the bus driver should know better the to touch a child
